PAST

Lincoln Laminating, Inc. was founded in 1962 by Ron Biloff as a cabinet and laminate countertop fabrication shop. Corian® was introduced in 1971, and was the first solid surface countertop product. Lincoln Laminating, Inc. was one of the first companies in the country to be certified by DuPont to fabricate and install the product.

In the mid 1990s Biloff sold the laminate portion of the business to specialize in solid surface countertops. Quartz surfacing products were introduced in the late 1990's. We recognized the potential of this new surfacing for countertops and immediately added it to our product line.

PRESENT

Bob Wiechert is now the President of Lincoln Laminating, Inc. Prior to purchasing the company from Mr. Biloff in 2002, Bob served as General Manager for Lincoln Laminating. He has successfully grown the company to more than 20 employees.

Our commitment to providing quality products while maintaining a high level of service at a fair price continues to guide us through our current growth. We have embraced the latest technologies to help us improve the quality of our products, reduce our lead time, and operate more efficiently.

We are now setting the standard for environmental awareness by adding multiple recycled products to our product line. Architects, designers, and homeowners are starting to incorporate more recycled materials into their plans as the demand for green buildings and environmental awareness become more popular.

We also have a strong sense of community and feel it is our responsibility to give back on a local and national level. We actively support LIBA, YMCA, YWCA, and the Shriners' of Lincoln. On a national level, we have participated in the FAB4000 event two years in a row. The event is sponsored by DuPont® in which over two million dollars worth of countertops are donated to World Vision, who connects families in need of rebuilding their homes and lives with affordable building materials.

FUTURE

As we continue to grow and evolve we will maintain our involvement in the community and stand by the principles that have made us successful for the past 45 years. We constantly strive to improve our level of service, product quality, and minimizing our environmental impact.
